We specialize in deck design/building, pergolas, gazebos, fences, retaining wall construction, interlocking patio's/driveways, excavation services, (now providing services in Heavy Excavation), right through to renovations. We will always assist in getting a building permit as it is the initial step once your project has been designed. Locates are always provided by CLC and they are a must before we dig to insure we do not dig up lines such as hydro, telephone, etc.
Great Workmanship
You're backed by CLC's 2 year workmanship warranty on all projects from the day of completion. Any defaults to the integrity of the structure will be covered at no cost to you. The warranty does NOT cover damage by improper use, abuse, cleaning and neglect. Custom Landscape & Construction will also help you with warranty claims that are due to manufactures defect.
